Our thoughts go out to Amy and Dave Still and their family on the death of Sanibelle, their 16 year old Dachshund. She came into the family when she was 8 weeks old, and when her favorite human, Alice, was 3 years old. They would grow up together, and share a special friendship. Our thoughts go out to the Bertot family on the death of Cheddar, their Corgi. She came into the family at 8 weeks of age, and she immediately became a beloved member. She was described as the most loveable, sweetest dog. She loved to use her big girl voice and barked at everything. Cheddar loved everyone, especially the family's children and other dogs. She was a gentle, kind soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.          

Our thoughts go out to Richard Swift and his family, on the death of his beloved dog, Nyla.  Nyla was adopted about twelve years ago during a family reunion. Did not took long for Nyla to be the love of her new family’s life. Nyla was a sweet, friendly, and loving dog.  She gave hugs to people and even nurse and care for kittens that lost their mother as her own. Our thoughts go to the Lauchman family on the death of Lady, their 18 year old Dachshund.  Left at a truckstop with her 5 other littermates, 4 survived and made a trip to Spring Grove. She eventually made it to their home.  She was guarded and leary about everything and slowly warmed up to them when she knew she was home.  She sat near Connie and looked like a lady and that is how she got her name.  She was bonded with Ed and they would play ball for hours.  He would...

Our thoughts are with David and Ann Simmons in the death of the beloved cat, Calvin.  Adopted into their family with his brother, Hobbs, from a vet in Colorado, these boys were of comfort in their "boy antics" following the deployment of their sons to Iraq.  Ann needed to be able to nurture and care for brothers and the blessings that resulted from their adoption were many.  Calvin was always a bit of a bully, with even the family's golden retrievers being scared...

Our thoughts go out to the Riley family, Charles, Roberta and Charles Junior on the death of their beloved cat Hershey.  Sweet Hershey and her brother Skittles were born under a shed and discovered at one month of age by Charles Junior upon arriving home from the fair.  The mother cat had three kittens and took one with her when she disappeared leaving Hershey and Skittles to find their forever home with the Rileys who had to bottle feed these poor, tiny kittens.  Hershey...
